Many stars looked beautiful last night. Here were some of my favorites:
Jennifer Lopez stole the show in her gold “fairy princess” dress with wide, full skirt and long train. It was a bit daring with full cleavage, but she rocked it.
Felicity Jones looked completely elegant in a soft grey gown with beaded bodice, high neck and cutaway arms, and a full pouf of satin skirt.
Zoe Seldana looked amazing in her sexy, soft pink sculpted dress that showed off a fabulous post-baby figure.
Reese Withespoon wore a classic black & white off-the-shoulder satiny dress that gave her an old Hollywood glamour.
Jennifer Aniston looked pretty terrific too in a slinky gold beaded dress with spaghetti straps, showing off a svelte, toned figure.
Not to be outdone, some of the news media covering the event also shone brightly. Robin Roberts was striking in a wine colored form fitting sparkling gown.
Hair for this year’s Oscars was simple and uncontrived, while makeup emphasized strongly sculpted cheekbones, dramatic eyes and soft lips.
My best makeup look of the night was sweet and beautiful Lupita Nyong’o who looked stunning and flawless with beautifully layered colors and shimmers.
